Every morning at 9:27AM another post is published. If you are not subscribed, be sure to! Jesus is coming and we want to help the Elect to be prepared for this day and the time of trouble that the LORD Jesus warned us of. Every post we make is founded on Biblical Scripture and you are welcome to challenge everything we post. We are not masters of the Faith but are slaves of it. We could get some things wrong, we are humble enough to admit that. However, the prophecies are clear. We are at the end of the Last Day!

How Cults Prey on the Brokenhearted

In the fragile hours after a loss—when hearts are shattered and the world feels darker—some people come not to comfort, but to recruit.

Cults often target the grieving, the lonely, and the emotionally vulnerable. Like wolves in sheep's clothing, they appear with warm smiles, promising hope, healing, and answers. But beneath their kindness lies a cunning strategy: to break down your worldview when it's most shaken and rebuild it in their image.

❌ This Is Not True Compassion

True followers of God are moved by love, not agenda. They offer help expecting nothing in return. But cults use:

  • Emotional manipulation

  • High-pressure invitations to meetings or studies

  • Isolation tactics, drawing people away from family and friends

  • “Special knowledge” or “new light” they claim others don't have

All of this happens at the exact time when someone is least able to discern deception. That’s no accident. It’s targeted spiritual abuse.

⚠️ Grief Should Never Be Exploited

We must stand guard over the weak, especially the widow, the orphan, the suffering. These are the very ones Scripture tells us to protect—not exploit.

“Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction...” — James 1:27

🙏 What Can You Do?

  • Be present in the lives of the grieving.

  • Help them stay grounded in the true Word of God, not secret doctrines.

  • If someone seems isolated after a loss, gently check in.

  • Pray with and for those who mourn—without trying to “convert” them to a system.

Let us remember: God does not force Himself on the broken. He heals. He waits. He comforts. So should we. If you are hurting follow the #commands of God and stick with Yeshua; rely on His strength because He loves you!
