The Aleph is the 1st letter in the Hebrew Alphabet, the Tov is the last letter in the Hebrew alphabet. It is rumored that from the Shroud of Turin that Yeshua wore a necklace with those 2 letters on it. In the images below; 1st I have the original and the 2nd I highlighted what may appear to be a necklace with the Aleph and Tav engraved into the necklace.

I do not know if this is true but, it appears where they plucked out His beard there is a distinct line around His neck that would appear to be a necklace. Some have speculated the the pendent would read Aleph and Tov. Although one could indeed read into this with Pareidolia, it's not so far fetched. Yeshua in the book of Revelation says He "Is the Alpha and Omega" the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet. The Aleph and Tav are the first and last letters of the Hebrew Alphabet which indeed the Torah was written in. Hebrew reads from right to left, maybe you can study the image and see if it is there?
What the Aleph and Tav Look Like
One thing we are sure of is that He did not wear a cross around His neck. There may be be an Aleph and Tav, here is what that looks like.
Speculation
Although it does appear that something is around His neck; trying to discern what it is very difficult. It would make sense that it would be the Aleph and Tav, but it is just another mystery that we can fantasize about. One thing this speculation has motivated me to do is take the cross off my neck and wear the Aleph and Tav pendant. I think it is more appropriate for the followers of Yeshua to be wearing this than the cross.
Respect for the Cross
Many men have been tortured on crosses. Such a horrible thing to think about. However, our Savior went through that experience for our sakes because that is what we all deserve. On that cross was our sin laid bare and crucified for all time. I for one will always remember what was done for me on that cross; but now, the cross marks one point in time. The Aleph and Tav is the beginning and the end and our Savior describes Himself in this way. In fact He does it several times, here are those passages.
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty! Revelation 1:8
And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely. Revelation 21:6
I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. Revelation 22:13
Why You Still Die
Now, you may be wondering, why you still die when Yeshua said the following.
25 Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:
26 And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die... John 11:25, 26
Let's talk about when you began to die, it was long before you were even born into this life. You began to die in the Garden of Eden and there was no hope for you after that. The only way you could be saved is if God Himself bought you back from the doom called sin and death that you were sold too by Adam and Eve; on their desire to be like God. Now, all are born into this sin, but now the children of God have a choice with God's sacrifice. This of course is only for God's children because we know Adam and Eve were created by God they would have to procreate God's children as well as the children of the Devil because of sin. Yet, all were doomed because of this sin, children of God and children of the Devil.
Flesh and Blood
That being said, we are told that Flesh and Blood cannot inherit God's Kingdom.
Now this I say, brethren, that flesh and blood cannot inherit the kingdom of God; neither doth corruption inherit incorruption. 1 Corinthians 15:50
What does this mean? This means you must have a new body! Yes, everything you are will be put into a new body, one that does not decay or grow old. Therefore the body that you possess today will continue to grow old and perish, but you will not! So now you understand the injustice of evil and how it is being dealt with.
Recap
Yeshua is the Aleph and Tav, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. The cross marked one point in time when you crossed over from death to life. The sinful body that you were born with is not capable of eternity, therefore, a new body is prepared for you already. This is the body that you will possess for eternity, it will not be tainted with sin, your spirit that runs through it is sinless. Those that are alive when Christ returns at the last Trump will be pulled out of the flesh and blood and put into those bodies, hence never dying at all.
Final Thought
How can you get ready to possess your new body? Follow the commands of God. Do it everyday. Do not try to reason out for yourself how God can make things better in this world. This world is screwed! This world is evil! It is time we get to the root of the problem and join the complete rebuild of God. If you cannot be faithful in this little body, how in the world could God trust you in an incorruptible body?
