“For even Christ our Passover is sacrificed for us.” – 1 Corinthians 5:7

🕊️ What is Passover?

Passover is the memorial of Yehovah delivering Israel out of Egypt (Exodus 12), and for followers of Yeshua (Jesus), it’s also the remembrance of Christ's sacrifice – the true Passover Lamb.

Passover Week includes:

  • Passover (Pesach) – the 14th of the Hebrew month Nisan

  • Feast of Unleavened Bread – from the 15th to the 21st of Nisan

📖 Biblical Foundation:

  • Exodus 12 – Institution of the first Passover

  • Leviticus 23:4–8 – Appointed Feasts of the LORD

  • Luke 22:15–20 – Yeshua’s Last Supper (New Covenant Passover)

  • 1 Corinthians 5:6–8 – Let us keep the feast with sincerity and truth

✅ What Should Be Done During Passover Week:

1. Remove Leaven from Your Home 🥖🚫

Leaven (yeast) symbolizes sin and pride.

  • Clean out physical leaven (bread, baking powder, etc.)

  • More importantly: examine yourself spiritually and repent (1 Corinthians 11:27-31)

2. Keep the Passover Meal on the 14th at Evening 🌒🍷

  • Unleavened bread (matzah)

  • Wine (symbol of His blood)

  • Reflect on the death of Messiah

3. Seven Days of Unleavened Bread (15th–21st)

  • Eat only unleavened bread

  • Meditate daily on being set apart, walking in holiness

4. Sabbath Rest on First and Seventh Day 📿

  • No regular work on 15th and 21st of Nisan

  • Set these apart as holy convocations

5. Teach Your Household (Exodus 12:26–27) 🏠

  • Share the meaning of Passover with your family

  • Pass down the testimony of Yah’s deliverance

    • Watch the Passion of the Christ


🌾 Prophetic Meaning for the Elect During the Tribulation:

  • Egypt = the world system

  • The Lamb’s Blood = our covering during judgment

  • Unleavened Bread = purity in Christ

  • The Exodus = coming deliverance for God’s people

✝️ Let Us Prepare Our Hearts:

  • Fast and pray

  • Forgive others

  • Seek Yah’s presence
