In the LORD's prayer we come to a section that states, "forgive us our trespassess as we forgive others their tresspassess". Then in Matthew 7 we read this about not judging.
Judge not, that ye be not judged. 2 For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with
what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again. 3 And why beholdest thou the mote that is
in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? 4 Or how wilt thou say to
thy brother, Let me pull out the mote out of thine eye; and, behold, a beam [is] in thine own eye?
5 Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye; and then shalt thou see clearly to cast
out the mote out of thy brother’s eye.
Then in Matthew 7:6 we read this.
Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample
them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.
What You May Be Thinking
Now, you may be thinking, if you are to determine what people are "dogs" or "swine" then why did Yeshua tell us not to judge? Let's put this in perspective so that it makes sense. The separation here that we must recognize are believers and unbelievers. Check out this scripture;
For outside are dogs and sorcerers, and whoremongers and murderers and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie. Revelation 22:15
This clearly is talking about those outside Israel. Then we have this:
20 If a man say, I love God, and hateth his brother, he is a liar: for he that loveth not his brother whom he hath seen, how can he love God whom he hath not seen?
21 And this commandment have we from him, That he who loveth God love his brother also. 1 John 4:20,21
A Closer Look At Matthew 7
Let's take a closer look at Matthew 7. The first part is speaking of fellow Jews. This is obvious because it goes on to speak about the mote in your brothers eye. Basically, judging your fellow Jews will not be tolerated and whatever you judge them by then you will be judged by. However, when it comes to those outside Israel, the non-believers, those we judge, we do not give them what is Holy; and what is Holy? our Godly Love for one another. Basically, in a nutshell, Yeshua is saying, always have your brothers back! Loyalty is expected of believers, we are in this together. We are all forgiven together in the blood of Yeshua!
Loving Non-Believers?
Those outside Israel who are not Jews can be shown love in this regard. If the Father has called them to be a Jew then we can show them what it means to be a Jew. Show them the Commandments of God and the Ministry of Yeshua. If the Father has called them to this life, then they accept it, if not then they are judged by God. If they accept it, they are our brother and fellow Jew, if not then they are not of us.
Fake Brothers
We have also been warned by our beloved brother and apostle Paul about fake brothers;
And that because of false brethren unawares brought in, who came in privily to spy out our liberty which we have in Christ Jesus, that they might bring us into bondage: Galatians 2:4
26 I have been constantly on the move. I have been in danger from rivers, in danger from bandits, in danger from my fellow Jews, in danger from Gentiles; in danger in the city, in danger in the country, in danger at sea; and in danger from false believers. 2 Corinthians 11:26 NIV
So false believers and false brothers are a big deal. They crept in during Paul's time but now it is much worse, in fact it was prophesied to be a lot worse. So this of course leaves you with the question, "Which ONE?".
Which One?
The answer is so simple and so straight forward that you will kick yourself for not seeing it. This is how powerful the apostasy has been. People pretending to believe in Yeshua yet not doing anything He said to do. To answer the question, "Which ONE?" meaning which faith? It is Israel, it has always been Israel and always will be Israel, it is the Jews! The ones who keep the Commandments of God and the Ministry of Yeshua. You cannot have one without the other! There is no separation, there is no new name given to God's people. If you are keeping the commandments of God and the ministry of Yeshua then you are a part of Israel and a fellow Jew, a brother!
Now Be The Judge
Now, be the judge. Look around you. Are you surrounded by false brethren? Are they keeping the Sabbath on the 7th day? Do they have Idols or engraven images? Do they wear Tassels? Do they shave their face? Are they keeping the Commands of God and the Ministry of Yeshua or do they have their own ministry? What Gospel are they teaching? Could it be that you are in the midst of robbers, imposters, or posers? Do not be deceived or willingly ignorant! Just because you was raised a certain way does not make it right! Use the Scriptures to make a sound and righteous judgement! If you are called by the Father you will wake to these things, if not, then stay with the swine!
