There are people who are indecisive, aimless, with no direction in life. This is because they have no foundation. Life is not worth living without the foundation firmly in place. We see those lost souls everywhere these days. The internet makes it even more possible to witness these souls on the lost road of life.
Foundations
Let's consider these foundations. When we think of a foundation we have to think about the end goal of that foundation. Yeshua spoke much about the foundation of life and compared it to a building, let's consider this story.
Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise
man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds
blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock. And every one that
heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them not, shall be likened unto a foolish man, which built
his house upon the sand: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and
beat upon that house; and it fell: and great was the fall of it. Matthew 7:24-27
Sayings That Build A Foundation
Everything we do begins with an idea. Not all ideas are equal. So, it is wise to consider these ideas and to match them with something solid. Notice once again here Yeshua compares the man and who he is to a building. We spoke of before how He said in His Fathers house are many mansions. So, isn't this something, once again making the comparison of a man's life to a building; and it all starts with the foundation.
What Are The Sayings For A Strong Foundation?
So, what exactly are these saying that create a strong foundation for your life? Well if we consider the previous verses starting in verse 1 He says not to judge, because you will be judged by the judgement you render out. He goes on to say do not be critical of your fellow Jew's. Then, surprisingly, He says do not give pearls to swine or what is Holy to dogs. Furthermore, He goes on to say to keep seeking, knocking, searching and you will find. He says to go through the narrow gate and do not settle for what everyone else accepts. False prophets are everywhere He warns farther down in the text. A great revelation is revealed, Not everyone saying Lord, Lord will enter the Kingdom of Heaven BUT, yes, BUT the one that does the WILL of the Father will enter the Kingdom of Heaven.
The Build Up
Now, if you realize this, Yeshua gave us the exact build up to the great #foundation. This foundation is DOING the WILL of the Father. Notice, the will of the Father does not mean throwing your pearls before swine or giving what is Holy to dogs. But, it is Loving your fellow Jew's. It is loving Israel and by all means Loving your God first by following His commands and doing His WILL!
It's The Way You Live That Counts!
Now think of it, Yeshua is instructing you to live a certain way. Our goal is NOT to make converts but to live a Holy life according to God's WILL. Street preachers, door to door knockers, evangelist, just look at them. Taking what is Holy to make converts at any cost. True believers know that our preaching is our lifestyle, how we live, loving our fellow Jew's. The Father will direct people to Him that are His. There is no organization on earth today that can claim that they have the keys' to the Kingdom. If you think that then you have not understood Matthew chapter 7. Yeshua and Yeshua alone holds the keys to the Kingdom and by no other means is this accomplished.
Fear
Now think of the fear these man made organizations fabricate. Take away their money and members and they have no power. Yet, God's organization has no need of money yet it has all the power. It's members are called and chosen by God. Let everyone who wishes takes lifes water freely. You cannot do this in a man made organization. Should you imagine this to be so, then you will be one of those saying, Lord Lord and be rejected.
