In today’s world, there is a group of people often referred to as Jews who hold tremendous political, financial, and cultural influence. Many of them are secular—meaning they do not follow Torah, do not believe in the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, and often openly reject the Messiah, Yeshua. Yet they are regarded by the world as the "Chosen People." Why? And how has this misidentification shaped global politics, injustice, and prophetic misunderstanding?
Not All Who Say They Are Jews, Are
"I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan." – Revelation 2:9
This verse from Revelation is critical in understanding the distinction between true Israel—those who do the will of the Father—and those who merely carry the name for power, identity, or manipulation. The modern “State of Israel” and the people who claim Jewish identity often have no genealogical or spiritual connection to the ancient Israelites.
The Khazar Origin
Many so-called Jews today are Ashkenazi, descended from Khazars—Turkic converts to Judaism in the 8th or 9th century A.D. Their religion was adopted for political reasons, not because they are blood descendants of Jacob. This is not speculation; it is well documented in historical sources and even acknowledged in Jewish encyclopedias.
Yet despite this, the world has been conditioned to accept them as the rightful heirs of Biblical Israel.
How They Use the Label
By wearing the identity of “God’s chosen people,” these secular elites shield themselves from criticism. Any critique of their actions—whether in finance, media, or foreign policy—is swiftly labeled as “antisemitism.” They exploit this narrative to silence opposition while committing injustices across the globe, particularly in the land of modern-day Israel.
From the bombing of Gaza to the theft of land under the guise of "Biblical right," they cloak themselves in divine legitimacy while rejecting the very commandments of the God they claim to represent.
True Israel Is Spiritual
“For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly... but he is a Jew who is one inwardly, and circumcision is that of the heart.” – Romans 2:28–29
Scripture is clear: Israel is not a geopolitical entity. It is not defined by race or DNA. Israel is defined by obedience to God’s commandments and faith in His Messiah. Ruth was not born an Israelite but became one by faith and obedience. Paul says that we who belong to Messiah are Abraham’s seed (Galatians 3:29).
Why Do They Feel Untouchable?
Because the world fears offending them. Because history books, media, and academia have taught the nations to see any resistance to their influence as hatred, rather than discernment. Because Satan uses deception to elevate those who reject truth and persecute those who stand for it.
But their days of falsehood are numbered.
Judgment Is Coming
Yeshua warned that many who say, "Lord, Lord," will be told, "I never knew you." Likewise, those who claim to be God’s people without doing His will are deceived. The true Israel—the remnant—will be refined through fire during the great tribulation, but the false will be exposed and judged.
"The time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God." – 1 Peter 4:17
