What is this "last time" or "last hour" that John speaks of here?
Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 1 John 2:18
The last hour is the last hour of the true faith before the white horse rides, the Antichrist. This scripture is NOT speaking of the end times as so many in apostate Christianity will try to have you believe.The true faith as taught by Yeshua will be overcome just as prophesied by Daniel & John. Notice these 2 scriptures.
And he shall speak great words against the most High, and shall wear out the saints of the most High, and think to change times and laws: and they shall be given into his hand until a time and times and the dividing of time. Daniel 7:25
And it was given unto him to make war with the saints, and to overcome them: and power was given him over all kindreds, and tongues, and nations. Revelation 13:7
In both of these instances it is the government that overcomes the Holy Ones by "Legalizing" their religious faith. When the government legalizes anything, that gives them control over whatever they are "legalizing". This is how it overcome the "Holy Ones". The Beast in Revelation 13 and also the King in Daniel 7 are "Governments", "Kingdoms". Get the picture?
Rider on White Horse
The rider on the white horse is Apostate Christendom who becomes Babylon the Great later in the book of Revelation. Here is what it says;
And I saw, and behold a white horse: and he that sat on him had a bow; and a crown was given unto him: and he went forth conquering, and to conquer. Revelation 6:2
Babylon is mother of Harlots and disgusting things of the earth, it starts out as this white horse rider. The crown is authority, the color white is the appearance of righteousness; riding assumes it travels far distances; the bow is a symbol of war and strength. However, since the bow has no arrows; it becomes a symbol of deceptive power. This is how Babylon started, as the rider of the white horse, pretending to be the disciples of Christ. She is mother to all false religion. All false religion is organized religion who do NOT observe the commands of our God! Islam, Christianity and all the branch off and sects among them!
The Deception Today
The deception today is that the wordage for the apostles are not understood. They did believe they were living in the "last days" however, 1 day was a 1000 years to them, they did understand that the end times would not come in their lifetime back then. Many scholars' think that the early Christians misunderstood the time period they were living in, however, that could not be further from the truth. When they were speaking of the last time or last hour they were speaking of being overcome by apostasy!
God's Commands
God has preserved His commands for us. We do not have to be apart of Babylon the Great, we have a choice. You can leave this harlot, you can get out and it cannot be soon enough! If you do not want to share with her in her sins and the wrath of God then leave! You may obey God's command no matter where you are at in the world.
