Every morning at 9:27AM another post is published. If you are not subscribed, be sure to! Jesus is coming and we want to help the Elect to be prepared for this day and the time of trouble that the LORD Jesus warned us of. Every post we make is founded on Biblical Scripture and you are welcome to challenge everything we post. We are not masters of the Faith but are slaves of it. We could get some things wrong, we are humble enough to admit that. However, the prophecies are clear. We are at the end of the Last Day!

Heavenly Authority and the Faithful Hosts of God

We know from Scripture that God is the One who dignifies His heavenly hosts. He listens to them, entrusts them with power and authority, and allows them to participate in His plans. They propose ideas that glorify Him and are given the ability to carry them out. This grace and trust is well documented throughout the Bible. We frequently read about "the Angel of Yehovah"—a title representing Yehovah Himself. In Revelation chapters 2 and 3, each of the seven congregations has an assigned angel. Yeshua also told us that every person has angels (Matthew 18:11).

The Power and Authority of Angels

From the beginning of creation, God has interacted with His celestial beings. Consider these examples:

  • "Let us make man in our image" (Genesis 1:26).

  • "Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language" (Genesis 11:7).

  • "Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them" (Job 1:6).

These verses demonstrate that God honors His heavenly hosts and gives them significant responsibility and influence in His divine administration.

The Book of Esther: An Analogy of Authority

Although the Book of Esther does not mention angels or prophecy, it offers insight into the nature of delegated authority. Hadassah, a Jewish woman, becomes Queen Esther and influences royal decisions. Haman, granted the king's authority, attempts to annihilate the Jewish people. The key takeaway is this: authority granted by the king carries weight—even if it is misused. This parallels how God's trust can be misappropriated by those given authority, such as Lucifer.

Extortion of Divine Trust

God places His trust in His faithful beings. There is nothing He cannot do, yet He always operates justly and thoroughly. If Lucifer, in the Garden of Eden, exercised God-given authority to mislead Adam and Eve, the consequences were devastating. The misuse of divine trust led to death and separation. Satan used that authority for self-glorification and ego, manipulating God's Word to produce destruction.

Understanding the Pattern

Imagine delegating a task to someone and giving them a credit card to purchase supplies. Instead, they buy a luxury car. It's dishonest, but they did have your authority. Resolving this betrayal takes time, resources, and patience. Likewise, when God's Word is extorted, the fallout must be addressed—but always in righteousness.

God's Word Is Binding

Once misused, God’s Word cannot be undone without resolution. Adam and Eve were told they would die if they ate from the forbidden tree. Satan, using divine authority, deceived them. Man was condemned by the Word—but God also provided redemption through that same Word.

Righting the Wrong

Yeshua did not come simply to free the Jews from Roman rule. He came to save humanity from sin and death. This plan was far more profound than anyone—humans or demons—understood. The very authority used to condemn man was also the authority used to save him.

Supporting Scriptures:

  • John 10:17–18 — Jesus lays down His life by choice.

  • Luke 9:51 — Jesus sets His face toward Jerusalem.

  • Hebrews 12:2 — For the joy before Him, He endured the cross.

  • Philippians 2:8 — He humbled Himself unto death.

  • Matthew 26:39 — "Not as I will, but as thou wilt."

Final Thought

Was God's trust misplaced? No. In His kingdom, there is love, trust, and respect. He will not let evil define His way of doing things. He is not a reactionary God who rewrites laws every time someone fails. He created perfection from the start. If you are faithful, He will trust you with His authority. Just remember—never let it inflate your ego. Humbly submit to His commands. They are life-giving for you and all around you.

Shalom Shalom
